The Mississippi e-Center Research Park is a 192,000 square feet, two-story building of office and meeting space. Working in cooperation with the university and businesses, the Research Park is a collaborative alliance for new and existing businesses. The Research Park is located in close proximity to the university and within minutes from downtown Jackson.

The physical security at the Research Park includes 30 color video cameras with pan and tilt in the parking lot. A perimeter fence with gates are located at each entrance driveways. Security officers are posted at the main entrance and at the guardhouse located at the Raymond Road entrance. There is a security officer on site at all times. A card access system is utilized for all entrance and exit doors to limit access to unauthorized personnel

At the Research Park, the e-Center Foundation’s primary function is to lease space to several businesses, and host a variety of business meetings. Currently, there are 32 tenants housed at the complex.
