THE EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE CENTER

The Executive Conference Center is designed to meet the highly specialized needs of the corporate world, innovators and the broader community. Businesses, civic and other groups are welcome to reserve the center for their video-conferences, meetings or board gatherings.

The two-way video and data conferencing allows people anywhere in the world to participate in meetings. Speakers can download their presentations onto the Executive Conference Center's server and be linked to peers and collaborators. The center also allows for full interaction. Participants are able to upload data, view it side-by-side, compare and discuss data—all in real time. For booking information or to get a quote call 601.979.1246.

Convention Hall

The Convention Hall, with its scenic view of the MS e-Center@JSU’s beautiful landscaping, accommodates up to 300 people and is ideally suited for receptions, seminars and conferences. The Convention Hall can host business meetings of all types, with support for multi-media presentations, conference calls, video conferencing (ISDN and Internet H.323), and satellite uplink/downlink. There are two screens and two projectors for easy viewing by and a split screen display for your attendees.

California Room

This venue comfortably seats up to 65 people in the classroom style. The California Room ideally is suited for presentations, seminars, and board meetings.

Alabama Room

The Alabama Room is a computer lab equipped to assist 16 to 20 participants. The Alabama Room can accommodate business meetings of all types, with support for multi-media presentations, conference calls, video conferencing (ISDN and internet H323, and satellite uplink/downlink. Instructors and facilitators are available for learner friendly teaching or customer friendly meetings.

Oklahoma Room

This classroom style setting accommodates 40 participants. Configured in a theatre setting it can comfortably seat 60 and in a U-shape style it can seat 20.

Georgia Room
The capacity for the Georgia Room is 50 attendees. The Georgia Room can seat 25 in a U-shape formation and 75 in theatre style.

Nebraska Room
The Nebraska room offers intimate seating for 25 to 30 participants.

* All rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, screens, microphones and wireless internet. DVD, VHS and additional equipment are available upon request.
